John Ortolano, ESQ.
John Patrick Ortolano is an associate attorney at the firm who concentrates on New Jersey landlord/tenant law. He makes multiple weekly court appearances, engages in negotiations, composes settlement agreements, makes non-payment filings; he drafts notices to cease for various lease violations, letters to tenants, correspondence with opposing counsel, and performs legal research involving New jersey statutes and case law precedents.
Mr. Ortolano is admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey and is in the process of attaining licensing in the state of New York. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Law School (J.D. 2023), he has an undergraduate degree in political science with a minor in philosophy. While in law school, Mr. Ortolano received the St. Thomas More award for honor, integrity, and devotion to the craft. He is a member of the national political science honor society, international law fraternity Delta Theta Phi, and was selected for the national society for leadership and success.
Mr. Ortolano is an avid student of philosophy and history. He finds solace in the reading of philosophical texts, study of past events, and understanding of the human condition. He loves hiking, being surrounded by nature, and most of all spending time with his family and friends.
