Avani Patel, Esq., is an Associate Attorney of the firm who focuses her practice on matters involving New Jersey Residential and Commercial Landlord/Tenant Law.
Ms. Patel graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D. 2025). During law school, Ms. Patel had the opportunity to intern with a healthcare corporation’s legal department during the summer of her first year. Ms. Patel handled data privacy, corporate compliance, and real estate matters. While in law school, Ms. Patel participated in the Family Law Clinic and handled the following: TROs and FROs, custody agreements, uncontested divorce settlements, and reunification proceedings. Ms. Patel interned with Griffin Alexander, P.C. during the summer of her second year and has now been promoted as an Associate Attorney.
Ms. Patel is presently licensed to practice law in New Jersey and regularly attends court for such matters.
