Sabrina S. Tran, Esq.
Sabrina S. Tran, Esq. is an Associate Attorney who focuses her practice on matters involving New Jersey Landlord/Tenant Law and Community Association Law. Ms. Tran primarily concentrates on Community Association transitions, drafting and preparing Amendments and Resolutions to Association governing documents, and regularly attends Association Board meetings. In addition, Ms. Tran drafts and prepares Contracts and Agreements for a variety of community related matters.
Ms. Tran graduated from the University of Michigan (B.A., 2020) and Rutgers Law School – Newark (J.D., 2023). While in law school, Ms. Tran served as a Member of the Moot Court Board (2021 – 2023), Vice President for the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (2022), and Community Engagement Coordinator to the Society of Corporate Law and Governance (2021-2022). Ms. Tran also served as a member of the Rutgers Law School Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic, where she represented low- and moderate-income individuals in guardianship, estate, and corporate matters.
Prior to joining Griffin Alexander, P.C., Ms. Tran worked as an Honors Legal Intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement, Office of the Whistleblower on award approval, whistleblowing policy, and other securities related issues.
Ms. Tran is presently licensed to practice law in New York.
