Jessica L. Rozenbaum, Esq.
Jessica L. Rozenbaum, Esq. is an Associate Attorney of the firm who focuses her practice on matters involving Community Association Law and Landlord/Tenant Law. Ms. Rozenbaum focuses primarily on nonpayment of rent cases, especially the litigation aspect of such cases, as well as fielding questions from Community Organizations regarding governing documents. Ms. Rozenbaum frequently goes to court and reviews Association bylaws and other community related documents.
Ms. Rozenbaum graduated from Rutgers University (B.A., summa cum laude, 2009) and Rutgers School of Law – Camden (J.D., 2012). While in law school Ms. Rozenbaum served as a member of the Children’s Justice Clinic representing minors in juvenile delinquency court and interned with the Camden County Public Defender’s Office. After law school, Ms. Rozenbaum worked for Burlington County and Cumberland County Public Defender’s offices and reviewed companies’ retirement documents for Xerox (a division now called Conduent). Ms. Rozenbaum also worked in insurance defense, debt relief, and medical malpractice. Prior to joining Griffin Alexander, P.C., Ms. Rozenbaum handled a variety of legal matters, including divorce and custody cases, civil litigation including business disputes, and municipal defense and criminal cases. Ms. Rozenbaum has worked with diverse populations and has been known to adapt to fast-changing situations as they develop.
Ms. Rozenbaum is presently licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
